Setup Table of Content in KB Post

Note: Automatic TOC does NOT currently work in Divi theme! (2018.05.10)

In general, for the Automatic Table of Contents in Post to work:

• Table of Content(Toc) Setting > Disable Table of Content Feature?– Must be OFF
• Even the above setting is off, adding the Table of Contents sidebar widget will turn off the Automatic TOC in the Post
